  My Mom passed away over a year ago. I did not realize then what a blessing it was to work with Colonial Funeral Home and all of it's staff. We were very pleased with our Mothers funeral. Since then, having been involved with other funerals for loved ones, I didn't realize the "extra love and tenderness" we received at Colonial. We were greeted with smiles the second we walked through the door and treated with sincere kindness. As my sister and I went to help dress our Mom, Jared treated her with such tenderness and gentleness. Although we had her clothes pressed and ironed before we arrived, Jared politely asked if he could re-press the items as they got a bit wrinkled from transporting them to the funeral home. Jared was so meticulous, he didn't want her having any wrinkles on her clothes. They expect perfection and that is what we received from them. She was treated with dignity and such kindness. I was relieved knowing my Mom was in such loving care and we couldn't have had a better service for our mother. Jared's kindness and "extra touches" meant the world to us and I know our Mom was happy too and requested Colonial for a reason!
  On behalf of the entire Hal Hirschi family, we want to THANK all of you at Colonial Funeral Home for doing what you do each day and bringing such comfort to our family and friends as we laid our Mom to rest.

  A great staff that were very professional and compassionate. They were great at ensuring that all the families concerns were addressed. They were pleasant to work with, and made us feel important throughout the funeral process.

  Jared and his staff are the most wonderful people. They showed us so much kindness and compassion and were such a blessing during such a difficult time. The way they carry out the work they do couldn't be any better. I truly love these people and would recommend them to any and everyone.

  Jared was professional and compassionate. He went above and beyond to make sure our teenage Son's funeral was done well. The non-traditional ideas he presented to us turned out to be a great help in bringing some closure to my Son's friends and to his family. Jared and the rest of the staff at Colonial are very good at their jobs. The have my sincere thanks and respect.
