  My grandfather died two years ago and after much back and forth about why the headstone had not been placed and Richard accusing my father of dropping the ball and asking for another $165 to place the stone back in July (still a year and a half after the funeral) there is still no marker for my grandfather.
  
  My dad just got a letter in the mail today from Richard today apologizing that they hadn't checked their records when we called the first time (a year and a half ago) and that everything was in fact paid two years ago at my grandfather's death. Enclosed with the letter was a check to cover the mistake that they made. Again... they still have not placed the marker "because of snow"!!!
  
  What kind of a place is this that doesn't do their job when they are entrusted to take care of our loved ones after they pass on?! Especially after they have been paid literally several thousand dollars! I'm furious! These phone calls to see what the hell was going was placed again after I tried to visit my grandpa this July and I could not find him anywhere or any indication that he had been buried in that cemetery. They didn't even have the decency to have a temporary marker while waiting for the headstone that they refuse to place and make excuses not to place!!
  
  Do not trust them with your loved ones. They are a horrible business and should lose their licensing. Our goal as a family is now to make sure this does not happen to anyone else. We have had so much anguish and sadness because of their incompetence as a business. I am sure we are not the only ones they have screwed over.

  Sadly we have had to use this funeral home twice in the last two months. Both times they were so caring and compassionate. Tyler is absolutely amazing. I hope we don't have to see him in a suit again for a really long time but if the time comes we do need the service we wouldn't think twice about them.
