  BEST IN THE BUSINESS! Brock Wilks, and his staff, are unsurpassed and no one compares to their genuine care and concern. Please Do NOT go anywhere else!
  
  We lost our sweet baby boy, Griffin, just two days after he was born at 27 weeks. The loss of our son was absolutely the most devastating thing that is ever happened to us. One of few peaceful moments we felt came when we met with Brock Wilks. Brock has sincere kindness in his eyes and helped us with all arrangements with the utmost respect and understanding.
  
  There are few people who own businesses that I can genuinely say care about people and not the bottom line. The Wilkes family has a great name in the Pocatello community, Brock Wilks continues this legacy with the way he runs Wilkes funeral home.
  
  Brock did everything in his power to make this whole process of putting our son to rest both comforting and peaceful. Brock and his staff know how to show both genuine sympathy and professionalism at the same time.
  
  I wish there was more I could do to proclaim the absolute amazing job Brock Wilks and his staff are doing within the community.
  
  I do hope no one has to visit them soon, however, if you find yourself in the situation of needing funeral arrangements, there is no other place in South East Idaho that remotely compares to Wilks funeral home.
  
  Please choose Wilks Funeral home for your funeral needs, even though you walk in their doors filled with sadness, you will leave feeling slightly less sad knowing your partnership with Wilks Funeral home gave your loved one the very best memorial Pocatello has to offer.

  I know some may find it strange to review a funeral home, but I just had to take the time to do so. When my dad passed away last June in Pocatello, we were forced to choose a funeral home from over 2500 miles away (we live in TN). Thankfully, we decided on Wilks Funeral Home. They went above and beyond to help us in our time of crisis. The contacted us as we made the drive out to ensure we were okay and to offer their kind thoughts and condolences. Once we arrived, they were amazing in helping us through the process of handling one of the hardest things we go through in life- the death of a loved one. They took the time to explain everything to me, and help me pick out the perfect funeral service for my dad- and I must say they did not push us into buying anything more than we felt comfortable with or more than my dad would have wanted. It has been a year now since my dad passed away, and we have returned to somewhat a normal life here in TN. However, as the day of my dads death approached, my heart was heavy with sadness and I wondering if anyone there in Pocatello even realized it was the day he had died. Later that day, when I went to the mailbox, I found a card from Wilks Funeral Home letting me know that they were thinking about me that very day, and they wanted to remind me that someone so special is never forgotten. Amazing ! Words can not even begin to express how that seemingly little act blessed my heart so very much. Long after they had been paid, they still took the time to reach out and care. If someone is reading this review, then I know you are most likely facing a very sad and difficult time in your life. Please let those at Wilks Funeral Home help you in the process, it will make more difference than you can ever imagine.   You won't meet a nicer group to help you through a tough time. I work with Wilks often in the nursing home industry and they have always been professional and willing to go beyond expectations! Definitely a 5 star service for a difficult time!
